“Clash Of Clans'” developers at Supercell have revealed that sneak peeks for a brand new Town Hall 11 loot update are coming soon. In addition, a full patch release is expected for next week!
The news comes to Design Trend via a very recent post on the “Clash Of Clans” official forums. Development staff has outlined the release time table for eager fans.
In response to last week’s Treasury, Loot Cart and Star Bonus text reveal, there will be a separate round of video sneak peeks that fully detail the stats and numbers behind the new features. The trio of additions amount to a completely revised loot system specifically designed for the Town Hall 11 update.
Because destroyed town halls no longer grant their victims protective shields, high-level players were having an exceptionally hard time farming gold and elixir before getting attacked again. Star Bonuses offer resource upgrades for skillful attacks, the Treasury guards a small portion of loot and the Loot Cart allows a brief window to reclaim lost loot from opponents. With all three measures in place, gathering supplies should be a lot easier than before.
Until that’s all implemented, however, Supercell is allowing resource boosts for the reduced cost of just one gem.
That being said, that special promotion will be coming to an end very soon. “Clash Of Clans” staff has confirmed that the loot update is “aiming at early next week” for a full release. Bug tests and mobile certification might subject those plans to slight changes. Regardless, that incoming arrival means the video sneak peeks should be here even sooner. Over the next few days and hours, “Clash” devotees will learn the specifics of the redesigned loot concept.
Prior to the Star Bonus reveal, Supercell had been heavily criticized by its followers for its silence in the face of fan outcry. Now that fixes are coming in the immediate future, it appears that transparency has become a top priority.
“Clash Of Clans” is available now, alongside its Town Hall 11 update, on Android and iOS.
